Heba Sourour is an editor with a Bachelor and a Master of Arts in English Literature from Alexandria University, one of the oldest universities in the world. After working as a TA at her school for over a decade, she decided to turn editing, her lifelong passion and loyal companion, into a full-time career.

Complemented by a Publishing Certificate from Toronto Metropolitan University, her skills are a mix of formal learning and years of experience editing various genres of writing, both fiction and non-fiction. These include, but are not limited to, academic articles, proposals, theses, but also manuscripts of novels, biographies and autobiographies, short stories, and plays.

Having been raised between the US and Egypt, and now based in Vancouver, BC, Heba is bilingual (English and Arabic speaking), and has a special affinity for world literature.
